Why Do I Need Systems?

Because...When you hear people say create systems nowadays, they are simply referring to creating a process or a checklist by which you ensure the same activity is handled in the same way each time. Whether it’s through building checklists, email templates, process flows or anything else, systems are crucial for managing a well-run business. When a task is repeated it needs a system. Why…? The goal is to ensure that each time a task is completed, it is completed in the same manner and with the same thoroughness each time.

Why is that…? We want anyone who interacts with our business to have a first class experience. Without systems, things fall through the cracks. When things fall through the cracks, deadlines are missed, money is owed, clients are unhappy, etc. I think you get the picture.
